prices and payment

Our prices are subdivided in low season (October-May) and high season (June-September). These all-inclusive prices include the comprehensive breakfast buffet and the local tax (€ 1,50 per person and night). Of course we have NO single night surcharge.

We accept cash payment, credit cards (VISA, mastercard, American Express) and maestro-cards.

A deposit is not required.

Checkin - Checkout

Our rooms are ready for you at 2 p.m. Early-Check-In is possible depending on availability.

Please leave the room until 11 a.m. For a Late-Check-Out please contact the reception.

breakfast buffet

To tell the truth:We are a little bit jealous, because we would really like to have our breakfast every day with you.

A wide selection, and daily fresh baked bread and rolls, fresh roasted coffee, fresh different juices and, of course, the self-made special marmelades of our employee Susi.

Our breakfast buffet is included in the room rate, but you can also visit us only for breakfast.

Monday - Saturday 7.00 - 9.30 a.m., Sunday and holidays 8.00 - 10.30 a.m.

You want your breakfast earlier or later? No problem, we are flexible. Please contact us.

fridge

Our fridge in the lobby offers cold soft-drinks, beer and wine with self-service. There you can also put your belongings to cool them.

kids

Kids discount: free until the age of 10 years (in the room, with 2 persons completely paying).

There is also a cost-efficient supplementary bed possible.

Of course we can offer you a baby cot for free.

dogs

Becouse of hygienic reasons there are no dogs allowed.

allergic

We have only anti-allergic beddings and bedclothes.

Please contact us for a room with parquet floor.

Gladly we will consider your special desires for breakfast.

wheelchair

We can offer you a room on the groundfloor. These rooms are free of barriers, but, we are sorry, the bath room is not accessible to wheelchairs.

We can recommend you another hotel with wheelchair accessible rooms.

rebooking and cancellation

You can make a definit reservation via email and you will receive a written confirmation via email too. Cancellations have to be made in written form (via email).

The "General terms and conditions for the hotel industry 2006"  (download) apply for each booking. This means in case of cancellation:

• 3 months or more before arrival - no cancellation fee

• 3 to 1 month before arrival - 40% of the total agreed price

• until 1 week before arrival - 70% of the total agreed price

• within the last week before arrival - 90% of the total agreed price
